House was perfect for our size family. Plenty of room for board games on the porch and a family badminton tournament in the yard. Bring your bug spray, the mosquitoes are hungry. Super convenient to Steinhatchee Marina at Deadman’s Bay as well as the public boat ramp. Keaton Beach is just 20 mins up the road. I messaged her 1-2 weeks before to ask about the golf cart rental with no mention of having to cancel. She almost ruined our trip!
