Good boat slips. This condo was clean and comfortable. My family and I stayed here for Fiddler Crab Festival 2024 as we were set up as vendors for the festival. We enjoyed how close we were to the festival but far enough away that we could enjoy some quiet at night. Unit had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. We had some issues with the touch pad entry so it was nice that there was a lock box with a spare key. Wish the door had a deadbolt but not a huge issue. ##### Bonnie G. Laundry soap, plenty of trash bags, and dishwasher tabs etc,. AC worked great and they even provided pool noodles. This unit also has parking under the building which not all of the units have and was a plus for us. ##### Theresa P.
