He was very helpful with power for our boat as well as just keeping an eyes on things. Located literally across the street from the boat ramp and next to all of the restaurants. It was nicer than pictured & conveniently located to the boat ramp, restaurants & within walking distance other homes in the area. The condo was clean, the beds were comfortable & kitchen was well stocked. We had no problem parking & cleaning our 24’ boat on the property. The neighbors were quiet & friendly. The bait shop near the boat ramp sells ice by the 5 gal bucket ($3) & 50 lb basket($5), which made it very convenient to keep everything cold while out in the water. The property manager was laid back & helpful. Lisa was very nice & responsive to any questions we had. She went above & beyond to make sure our stay went smoothly. Definitely recommend this property & look forward to staying here again future! ##### Jennifer M. Steinhatchee near the bay/inlet is beautiful. It is very accessible if you own a boat. They have a water hose to flush your boat engine. We liked the deck, but it needs to be screened in and needs a ceiling fan. This condo is close to everything... 2 blocks to the boat ramp and walking distance to restaurants even with my 7 year old twins in tow! Beds were very comfortable (even the pull out sofa bed)!
