About this accommodation:  
With our lovingly furnished holiday apartment in the sunny region of Austria, you are making an excellent choice for your next holiday, with direct lake access to Lake Ossiach. The facility is located near the Gerlitzen hiking and skiing region.  
The apartment is on the 4th floor and can be reached via an elevator. There is a heated indoor pool on the ground floor and WiFi access is available in the foyer of the house.  
There are numerous play opportunities on the Seewiese.  
  
The accommodation:  
The 46 m2 apartment has a small but fully equipped kitchen (stove, Senseo coffee machine, fridge and freezer, kettle, blender, toaster, cutlery, pots and pans), a bathroom with sink, shower tray, toilet and washing machine, a bedroom with a double bed and a wardrobe, and a living/sleeping area with a double bed, a dining table and chairs, a wardrobe and a satellite TV.  
There is also a parasol and two beach chairs, as well as table tennis bats and boules balls for the lawn ready for you.  
From the balcony you have a beautiful view of the lake, the mountain panorama and the historic collegiate church in Ossiach.  
ATTENTION: bedclothes and towels have to be brought along!!  
On request, however, a set of bed linen plus a bath towel and a small hand towel can be provided for EUR 10 per person.

#### Kleine feine Ferienwohnung direkt am See

In einem relativ großen Mehrfamilienhaus befindet sich in der 4. Etage die Ferienwohnung mit Blick auf den See.Der See ist in einer Minute zu erreichen und hat einen privaten Seezugang mit großer Liegewiese und Spielplatz. Der Innenpool ist schön, jedoch im Sommer nur stundenweise geöffnet.Fahrstühle und Parkplätze sind vorhanden.Durch die top Lage sehr zu empfehlen.

#### Schöner Herbsturlaub

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Leider hat das Wetter nicht so mitgespielt, sodass wir die tolle Lage direkt am See nicht nutzen konnten.
