EagleRidge Townhomes 1496 is a spacious, four-bedroom home in Steamboat Springs, where you'll be an easy walk from the gondola at the base of Steamboat Ski Resort. The home has a fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar, a dining area with a large table, and a private deck where you can enjoy the fresh mountain air. The comfortable living area has vaulted ceilings and a cozy gas fireplace. Throughout the house, you'll find six flatscreen TVs, two DVD players, free WiFi, a washer and dryer, and a private two-car garage for your convenience. The master bedroom features a king bed and an attached bathroom with a double vanity, a soaking tub, and a walk-in shower. The second and third bedrooms each have a queen bed and an attached bathroom. The fourth bedroom has two twin beds. You'll also find an additional full bathroom, a half-bathroom located on the main living level, a sleeper sofa in the lower-level sitting area, and a twin sleeper sofa in the open loft area. For our summer guests, this home has air conditioning for your comfort. On the grounds of EagleRidge, you'll also have access to outdoor hot tubs, a heated pool, a firepit, a fitness center, a steam room, massage services, and a winter shuttle service that connects to skiing, shopping, dining, nightlife, and other area activities. What's nearby: This home is part of the EagleRidge Townhomes in Steamboat Springs, which are ideally located a quarter-mile from the gondola at Steamboat Ski Resort. In the winter, you'll have 18 ski lifts, 169 trails, and 2,965 acres of skiable terrain at your fingertips, including the gladed areas of Pioneer Ridge and Sunshine and Storm Peaks. Use the winter shuttle to reach the slopes or a variety of shopping, dining, and nightlife, or walk to Village Drive to find Iron Waffle and Coffee Co., the wonderful neighborhood store WildPlum, and Steamboat BrauHaus. When the summer sun is shining, you can take strolls through the Yampa River Botanic Park (two miles northwest) or ride your bike along the famous Yampa River Core Trail, a 7.5-mile, paved path that runs through the heart of Steamboat Springs. Downtown, which is home to the Old Town Hot Springs and fantastic restaurants, is three miles north. You'll also be five miles south of Fish Creek Falls, 10 miles south of Strawberry Park Hot Springs, and 30 miles south of Steamboat Lake State Park. We didn't cook really, so I don't have much to comment on that department. A lot of towels/soaps/etc., were provided. The kitchen/family room area was spacious and allowed for all 9 of us to relax comfortably together. The house is next to the pool/hot tub, which was so convenient. You can walk to the gondola and food market and some eateries/shops, which we took advantage of. The shuttle loops around continuously taking people to the mountain if you didn't want to walk the 8 mins. The shuttle is also on demand if you want to go into town or anywhere else. Everything was really great -- we had a great trip and would definitely stay again. ##### Erin M. My family weren't naughty this year, they were nice (as always). Therefore, their Christmas gift was to get to stay in this fabulous accommodation. They all loved it! We had a mixed bag of skiers and non-skiers ranging in age from 9 through 72\. For the skiers the location was perfect. Most days we walked to the slopes, with the exception of the day we walked outside as the shuttle pulled up; that day we were lazy and accepted the 2-minute ride. The non-skiers wondered what the heck we were thinking, spoiling a beautiful snow day with a gondola ride when we could be ambling down to the footpath that meandered into town for shopping, eats and drinks. Guess it's all in the eye of the beholder!? Anyway, for those reading this review, it's a swanky pad, that easily accommodated 9 people (3 couples plus 3 kids). We took full advantage of laundry, the great kitchen, and loved that the accommodation was split into "cellar-dwellers" and "groan-ups" (at least that's what the kids called us when we went to bed too early for their liking). I'm struggling to think of a reason why you would not want to stay here. Stop messing about and reserve your dates before someone else does! ##### Christopher B.
