Reservations cancelled 29 or fewer days before arrival date will be refunded whatever amount we can re-book with a new guest. Holiday reservations (the week of Christmas and the week after Christmas): Reservations cancelled at least 45 days before the start of your stay will be refunded 100%. It's a new unit on the corner so each floor of the condo has amazing light and great views, particularly from the roof top hot tub. The rooms are set up well for a group of friends or family. All the furnishings and design choices are above and beyond what you typically see for lodging in this price range. Also, the garage is heated, has ample ski storage and a great boot/glove heater.
