The condo was fine for the two families, meaning there were 2 bedrooms with king beds and then a full kids room with bunks. There was nothing noted on Homeaway, however, that it was on the 3rd floor and that there is no elevator. For families with small children and ski gear, it was A LOT to get up and down to bring all of the gear up to the condo. There is also no mention of the resort fee that would be charged because this property is managed by Wyndam Vacation Rentals. All other properties I've rented from Homeaway have the normal cleaning fees and service fees, but not the additional resort fees. ##### Ilyssa V.
