No campers per HOA regulations and no trailers without prior approval of Host. The owners allow 1 dog per stay with prior approval only. Dogs must be well-behaved and not allowed to be left unattended unless crated. No parties or events. The home is for quiet enjoyment and subject to HOA noise and city ordinances. If we comeback to Steamboat we will only stay here! The owners and Property Manager/Realtor have thought of almost everything. Bath towels and hot tub towels. Bootwarmers and ample, racks, benchs, and coat hooks. They have a locker to use on base to store gear and ski valet so there is no lugging stuff back and forth. ##### Lauren M. Every room had their own bathroom. The place was up upgraded and large to accommodate families. Walking distance to delicious restaurants, we loved Apres! Ice cream, taproom, ski area and also just an exceptional location. Weather was incredible. Hot tub is top-notch. We couldn’t have asked for anything better. We originally booked it because it was pet friendly. Ended up not bringing a pet, but I would book it either way. The only thing that would make it even better is if it had access to a pool. No biggie because the Hot Springs was close by. It would also be amazing in the winter because it’s close to the resort and there is a few hills close by that would be perfect for kids sledding. Just a short walk to the base of the mountain where there were restaurants, activities, gondola rides and fun for the kids. It was about a 10 min drive to the town where there were so many choices for restaurants, shopping and the alpine slide. The home was very well equipped. Great kitchen and spacious great room.
