Very nice and well maintained. Exceeded expectations. Check in process was a disaster. It took over 2 hours from the time I picked up the keys until we were able to get in the place. This is completely unacceptable given the amount we paid for this place. First, we were not given the key card to the gated parking. Drove back to management office. 15 minutes of standing around and they gave me new keys. Drove back and nope didn't work. Returned to management office. After another wait, they figured out they didn't give me the right key card. Drove back and successfully entered parking. Went to rental and couldn't get in because the deadbolt was locked. They had to call maintenance to come and open the door. 10 minutes of standing in the cold and we were finally in the unit. I get mistakes happen, but this was a comedy of errors. I am still unhappy about the entire debacle but didn't let it ruin my vacation. Not sure I'll do another property through Mountain Resorts though. ##### Adam B.
