The condominium has mountain views through an Aspen tree grove. The living area has a leather wrap around sofa, gas fireplace and access to a private balcony. There is seating for six people at the dining table and another four at the kitchen counter. This convenient property offers views of the ski slopes and south Yampa Valley., and is located just above Ski Time Square, putting apres-ski activities, shops and restaurants just a short walk away. The elevator services floors three through six. Stairs to the first level provide access to the slopes and hot tub. The property is ski-in as listed in the description but a short walk to ski out which made the entire trip very convenient. Speaking of convenient, there is a rather large and deep hot tub just outside the building that was fantastic. Overall I'd say this is a great value for a family or small group of friends for the location and overall vibe of the condo and quick access to everything! ##### Mitchel C. It is a great value for a property with this many beds and I would stay here again for that reason. Great views and worked well for our group of 4 guys. As other reviewers have noted, the property is quite dated (other than the new dishwasher) but everything is functional. You can ski-in & it is \~150 yard walk out to the trail. Ski lockers are conveniently located on 5th floor on the way to the condo. The elevator was a welcome surprise. We nicknamed it "The Treehouse Condo" due to the unique design of the staircase/alcove sleeping area (which is conspicuously absent from the property picture gallery) and low head clearance upstairs. ##### Matt B.
