The pool area is unrivaled offering a large, heated pool and 3 rocky mountain style hot tubs, all with gorgeous mountain views. You’ll also have access to a state of the art fitness center, game room (with a pool table and foosball table) and a beautiful community grilling area with 2 large gas grills and a fire pit. First Tracks 3106 is perfect for families, two to three couples or a boy or girls trip. The two bedroom, two bathroom condo offers everything you need, including a stocked full kitchen, comfortable seating for lounging and dining (including a a washer and dryer in the unit and great entry area with cubbies, hooks and a bench). Sit back and relax on the brand new comfortable seating by the large flat screen TV and electric fireplace or dine, play a game or do a puzzle at the brand new dining table and chairs. There is a private deck off the living area with two comfortable chairs and a bistro table to enjoy the Colorado outdoors. There is a great little nook near the entry with a small desk and chair. The nearby amenities were a nice surprise - well-equipped gym, heated pool and three hot tubs. Location super convenient to groceries, drugstore and restaurants as well as a short walk or bike ride to the core trail. Bus service is handy as well for downtown or other trips. Expensive for what is is - The place is dark and a good walk with skis/poles to finally get to the slopes - you have to walk 200 meters, get on a gondola, then walk another 200 meters to get to the chairlift or gondola to ski. Also the amenities are also a walk - who wants to warm up in a jacuzzi only to have to walk 150 to 200 meters back to your place in the cold. Also they don't clear snow in the parking lot so are car got stuck.On the up side, the place is relatively spacious for a family of 3 - and our bed was very comfortable in the master. Communication with iTrip was great before and during the trip. My concern is there were too many interactions with iTrip during the trip. We were never actually able to use the washer and dryer. When opening the washer for the first time, there was a horrible smell and there was a lot of "junk" on the inside. Someone came by to clean it, but even after that, there was still junk inside the washer. This was a big disappointment. We also didn't have dishwasher soap for a period of time because it was out when we arrived. Another disappointment is we had a couple of large bugs crawl across the kid's beds when they are getting ready to go to bed. We really liked the location and being close to the Wildhorse Gondola.
