Described by many locals as one of the prettiest, most desirable properties in town, this Old Town, 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath, 2 Story w/loft house is located on Soda Creek in Downtown Steamboat Springs, Colorado! This rustic, yet upgraded house/cabin includes all amenities, including W/D, Stainless appliances, granite countertops, bamboo and hardwood floors in the common areas, carpeting in the bedrooms, and linens and housewares for your convenience. In addition to the 2 beds, there is also a full size futon and a queen-sized blow-up mattress, if needed. A pack-n-play and baby gates are also available for those staying with small children. Home has 3 flat screen TV's, internet, cable and wireless printer. There is a new gas fireplace in the living room, and also a gas grill and outdoor furniture on the back patio overlooking Soda Creek.
It doesn’t get any better than this downtown property!

Feel like your in the north woods, right in historic downtown Steamboat with this private locate that is only a few blocks from all of Steamboats best shops and dining options!

Our family of 4 absolutely loved this cabin! The location was great….so many shops and restaurants within a few blocks. We enjoyed waking up to the sights and sounds of the creek and spending the evenings on the back porch. The cabin was stocked with everything that we needed for a comfortable stay and the host was very responsive. We’d highly recommend it to anyone looking for a nice, scenic, peaceful place to stay, and we hope it’s available the next time we visit Steamboat Springs!

We loved our stay at the Cabin in Steamboat. It was the perfect size for two adult couples, cozy, and comfortable during a snowy February week. We loved the proximity to Steamboat Resort (15 min drie) and just a few blocks from the main street restaurants and shops, which we walked to several times including during evenings when it snowed heavily and we didn't feel safe driving. The cabin is situated nicely with a view of the yard and stream so it feels secluded, and it had all the amenities (kitchen items, washer/dryer, comfy beds and seating) we needed. The host lives next door and was very responsive when we needed something, but not at all intrusive. We will definitely stay here again!

Perfect cabin near downtown!

This cabin was amazing! So close to downtown yet we felt like we were in the woods even saw a bear in the backyard one morning, would definitly stay here again.

Close To Heaven

There is a reason that this cabin is 5 stars rated by everyone. It’s simply because it’s a 5 stars property. Here’s what you get. A very cute cabin situated about 20 feet from the gorgeous Soda Creek. The setting is simply stunning. We were a family with 2 young children. Four adults and two children. Sleeping arrangement was perfect and two bathrooms. The yard is quite nice. We spent most of our time outside sitting by the flowing creek. Pretty sure the trout fishing in the creek is superb. Crystal clear water flowing rapidly over the rocks. I cannot recall ever seeing a prettier creek. At night the rushing water noise puts you to sleep. The neighborhood is very nice with million dollar plus houses all around. We rented bikes for our week’s stay and biked most everywhere. The cabin is about 3 blocks from all the restaurants and shops. Very convenient to everything. We even biked to the rodeo.Robbie is the owner and lives next door. He is most responsive and very helpful. A great host!Finally, I can say this cabin met all our expectations and more. We will absolutely stay here again. Last year we stayed in a very nice condo downtown on the Yampa River. This cabin out did it hands down. So if you are hoping to go to Heaven but you aren’t quite ready to go, stay in this cabin instead. It’s about as close as you can get.

Excellent Winter Stay

Cabin was clean, well furnished, and had everything we needed for the week. It is walking distance to downtown and minutes from skiing. We had one minor issue, and the Owner fixed it within an hour, excellent response time.We will be coming back next year and made great memories at this cabin.

Steamboat Springs Cabin

Cozy cabin, great location, close to Lincoln Avenue for restaurants and shopping. Very convenient to hop on the free shuttle for skiing. We will be back.

Wonderful spot

Stayed to ski in the bitter cold -- but the house was warm. We have been to Steamboat several times and enjoyed the cabin and being near town/good restaurants. Nice comfy spot.
