This spacious 1500 square foot, 3 bedroom 2 bathroom condo has 2 bedrooms each with brand new queen mattresses and has 2 sets of bunk beds in the 3rd bedroom. The bedrooms are all located on the ground level. The living room, kitchen, and 2nd bathroom are upstairs. It has convenient access to the Steamboat shuttle.

3 minute drive to base of mountain.

Steamboat offers a free shuttle service to the lifts and to town. The condo is about a 5 minute walk away from the bus stop or a 15-minute walk to the lifts. The shuttle can take you to shops, restaurants, and bars in the heart of Steamboat Springs. The free shuttle is only a few stops away from the Gondola.

Great condo for an escape with the family. It is indeed clean and spacious. Four adults and 2 children all had plenty of room. One of the two queen beds was a little soft for our taste, but that is just a personal preference. Host was friendly and responsive. I would rent again if I return to the Steamboat area.

great for skiing

outstanding value for ski group. well furnished with adequate supplies. outstanding communication. close to slopes---but walking to busses with boots and skis not realistic. however, only a 3-5 minute drive to Meadow parking lot. small bedrooms with minimal space, especially room with bunks. ok for couples or a family. we had one couple plus 3 single guys, all 60+.

Warm and comfy

We (wife, son, me) stayed in this condo for Xmas and the following week. The baseboard heaters and gas fireplace kept the place nice and warm while the lows outside were subzero. The beds were comfortable. Looks like a new oven and range were installed. It’s a bit of a hike to the lifts/gondola (~20 minutes) if carrying skis, poles, and boots. Maybe a 10 minute drive to downtown. We’d stay here again.

Spacious, 2 story property. 3 BR with one having four bunks. Needs some updates, but was clean and perfectly fine for a weekend ski trip.

Nice cheap place

Location is good and condo is older but in decent shape. The lock box on the outside should be updated. The sliding door needs greased. There were no paper towles but tons of TP! Overall the place is small but for the price it cannot be beat.

Great Stay!

This property was as described in the listing - some old furnishings and appliances and some new. We were a group of 8 and had a comfortable stay. Check-in was a breeze and the hosts were very responsive. We would come back again.

Property was easy to find. Parking was tight but more than one assigned parking, so it was ok. Not close to bus stop was only bad thing. Very clean and enough space for 6 people comfortable. Great place to stay.

Great place to vacation.

We loved the location, the house was warm and cozy and very comfortable. We had plenty of space for everyone to sleep and the living room was a great location to hang out for the family. The owners were very helpful when we needed things and responded very quickly to our request. The neighbors were great, they gave us a ride to the airport when there was no more shuttles available. Very quiet and peaceful neighborhood. We had a wonderful time and I so thankful for a comfortable place to stay.

Christmas 2021

Condo was as pictured and very clean. Kitchen appliances newer and nice. Sofa in living room was great and plenty of room. Beds very comfortable. Bathrooms a bit outdated and could use improved shower heads and better lighting. Would be nice if washer/dryer added. The thermostats are very old and not even close to being accurate. Only complaint, which is not their fault, too far from closest bus stop for skiing.

Clean, large , and amazing!

The property was awesome. One of the cleanest places I have ever stayed. It was easy to get to everything in town with a short drive or using the free bus. There were 3 adults and it was more than enough space. The owner was easy to communicate with and very nice! We are already planning we we can stay here again.

A good value

The property manager did their best to address the issues with any and all problems. The space is great although parking is a bit Limited at two spots for an 8-person unit. Simple improvements would be a digital keypad door lock and the replacement of the high heat incandescent bulbs with LED lights... all in all this place is about $100 away from a 5-star rating with some simple Amazon purchases

Great stay in Steamboat.

We had a great stay at the property. Crystal was super easy to communicate with before we arrived. The condo had plenty of room for our family of 5. A lot of the appliances, dishes etc were brand new. Easy access to the mountain and the town. We would definitely stay here again.
