« Evergreen Escape was a great stay. Booked a last minute trip to steamboat to meet up with some friends. Close enough to the square to get to gondola in a 10 minute walk with gear on / 5 min if no gear. Close to storm peak bus stop, Steamboat Grand and downtown. Host was fantastic with communication. Super easy to get in and out of unit. Nice touches with the aesthetics of the place.Great stay! »

« Lost a star because the fireplace didn’t work for our entire stay. Admittedly, they tried to fix it, but couldn’t. Was very communicative with the manager, but it was just a bummer to not have a fireplace working during these cold ski weekends (it’s like the best part after a long day skiing!). »

« The location is great, the condo was warm and clean and had everything needed for a comfortable stay, and the hosts were responsive and easy to deal with. Overall, it was a great experience. »

« The 1 BR condo unit was adequate for our 3 night stay. There was plenty of drawer space for our luggage items. We were able to cook meals for ourselves. The kitchen was a bit tight to work in. The glassware was a bit limited requiring daily dishwasher runs. It could use a few more amenities like measuring cups and spoons for cooking.The place could use some updating but it worked. »

« We loved how close this apartment was to the slopes. Had a nice hot tub and easy parking. Was clean and actually loved having a murphy bed to put up during the day to open up the place for space. Would definitely stay here again. Thanks! »

« Unit is a essentially a studio apartment, but it worked great for 2 buddies on a ski trip. Pull out couch was comfortable. Easily walkable to Steamboat Ski Village and gondola. Shuttle every 10-15 minutes is great as well. Nice property and friendly staff. Will stay here again. »

« The place appeared to be recently renovated and felt cozy for a small space. It did have a lingering smell of cigarettes and the bed linens were stained and had lot of hair. There was also no way to lock the front door from the inside. »

« Such a great spot close to the mountain! Everything was neat and clean and in good condition. Had everything I needed: stove, oven, sink, dishes, full bathroom, bed, great living space, plus the pool and hot tub. I had an amazing time staying here and I'd definitely come back! Thank you for letting me stay! »
