The "Residenza La Sassicaia" is a beautiful "rustico" cottage surrounded by vineyards in Stazzona, Italy. It offers a terraced garden with a meadow and an orchard on a 1'000 m2 fenced property. The cottage has a steep, narrow motor access with a stepped path (60 steps) leading to the house. It features parking at the house and a single garage. Amenities include a yard, Internet WiFi, and parking, making it an ideal holiday rental.

Enjoy the great outdoors at this secluded property. The terraced garden with a meadow and orchard provides ample space for outdoor activities. Take advantage of the nearby attractions, such as pebble and grass beaches just 3 km away, an outdoor swimming pool within 7 km, and a marina at 2 km. Outdoor enthusiasts can also explore nearby golf courses, surf and sailing schools, and a children's playground.

You can expect a 3-room house with 80 square meters of living space spread across two levels. The property was renovated in 2018, featuring beautiful and wooden furniture furnishings. On the upper floor, you'll find a living/sleeping room with a double sofabed, a dining table, and a TV, leading out to a balcony and terrace. There's also an open kitchen equipped with an oven, dishwasher, four gas rings, a toaster, kettle, freezer, and an electric coffee machine. Additionally, this level has a shower and WC. Upstairs, accessed by a steep stair, is an open walk-through room with sloping ceilings and a double bed. Another room with sloping ceilings has no window but offers two bunk beds. The property features gas heating and wooden floors.  
  
Amenities Included  
The vacation rental comes with various amenities to enhance your stay. You'll have access to a small balcony, a roofed terrace, a large terrace, and a porch. Outdoor furniture such as terrace furniture, balcony furniture, a barbecue, and four deck chairs are provided. The property offers stunning panoramic views of the lake, mountains, and Monte Legnone (2609 m). Additional amenities include a washing machine, a children's high chair, and a baby cot.
