(970 reviews) No hot tub just a very warm pool. It was nice. Hotel has humidity issues throughout. Windows in room don't open, but they aren't sealed properly so you hear wind noise and traffic noise all the time. Rooms don't have hair dryers or irons ... But they have an ironing board. Weird. Have to leave your I'd at the front desk to get towels for the pool. I do not like leaving my ID with anyone. Room was decently clean. Curtains need replaced... They are pretty much sun rotted and falling apart. (1,004 reviews) Location amazing. View from rooms amazing. Rooms are dated. Pillows not comfortably ( too poofy). Water in the shower goes hot cold hold cold. Rooms smell from extreme moisture. Food was so so. Overall we loved th place in spite of everything because it was so relaxing and beautiful. We had no Americans there an no one spoke English other than front desk. Amazing golf, tennis , pickle ball and morning cycling classes outside. A lot of local wealthy people come here. (386 reviews) La ubicación es muy buena, cerca de tiendas y restaurantes, el hotel es muy bonito, la Alberca agradable,la comida muy rica. Nos quedamos en una habitación estándar, el espacio es incómodamente reducido, muy obscuro, llevábamos una Maleta grande que no cabía sin estorbar, el servicio del restaurante lento y literal 35 min para que nos llevaran toallas a la alberca. El spa más bien son cuartos de masaje, chimeneas no vimos.En mi opinión no corresponde a un hotel boutique.
