"Extremely slow check-in process, our room was only ready at 5:30pm, desk service was poor. Our room was not cleaned and towels were not replaced for 2 days. I needed to go down to the reception to ask for toilet paper. Staff has poor English knowledge. Food selection was below our expectations. At dinner, there was no table service for drinks, only a single and slow waitress at the bar with a long queue to get some drinks. Hotel facility was good especially for skiing. In general, great hotel...

Bergblick, ruhige Lage, super für Familien, gern auch mit Hund, der sogar ein Willkommensgeschenk erhielt. Das war unser dritter Aufenthalt und es wird definitiv nicht der letzte sein."
