« We used the apartment for our stay during the Jazz Festival. We wanted to be away from the expensive and touristy downtown core and this location was perfect for what we looked for. It is in a vibrant multicultural neighborhood, walking distance to restaurants, coffee shops and grocery stores. « Was a very nice large area, the apartment itself could use a bit of work on the paint and slight damage but not a major concern at all for just staying a night. Overall, nice property that was good for the price and works well for a couple nights. The owner was also very friendly and easy to communicate with which is always appreciated. »

« The place looked ransacked with holes in bathrooms, broken cots and broken drawers. Bathrooms did not have a holder, mat and other essentials. The place says sleeps 7, but the 5th kid in our family had to manage with a bed on the floor as 2 spare cots were broken. Our stay was for 4 nights and the price was very steep for the amneties that were provided. »
