« We had a lovely time at this home. It was the right size for our family with 6 adults and 2 kids. I appreciated the prompt responses from the owner whenever we had questions and requests they responded immediately. The house was equipped with everything we needed. The location was close to the beach and downtown. Will definitely consider staying here next time if we come back! »

« Perfectly situated accommodation near the children’s hospital. The internet was good, suite was clean and beds were comfortable. My only recommendation would be a grab handle at the tub/shower?? Young people would not even notice this but I’m not so young anymore. This was an excellent place to stay for appointments. »

« We spent 8 nights in this home as a family of four with two young children and overall had a very nice stay. The location in Kitsilano is ideal – close to shops, parks, and the beach, which made it easy to enjoy Vancouver. The host was very kind and responsive, and we appreciated having access to baby equipment and a washer and dryer – both made traveling with little ones much easier. »

« We couldn't have been happier with the Shaughnessy House! After two houses canceled/refunded our trip I was scrambling to get a place. Chris responded to my inquiry immediately and was extremely helpful in getting us set up, even adding three additional beds to the upstairs room, creating "private" spaces for those that had to stay in that space. We had 8 ppl and no couples so 5 rooms were a problem. He made it work for us. On top of that he brought us pastries and garden goodies every few days....

« My fella and I needed a place to stay close to Vancouver General Hospital for a six week medical stay. I had a list of needs and wants when I began looking for accommodation. After several hours looking I found this one and was genuinely perfect! Being brand new means this tiny little gem is spotless!
