« We had a wonderful stay at this lovely apartment. The host was very responsive to our questions. The apartment is very spacious with two large bedrooms and a beautiful patio to enjoy meals outside overlooking the back garden. Everything in the apartment was very clean and the bedding and towels were new and good quality. The apartment is on a lovely tree-lined street that is quiet, and yet it's just a few blocks from the Jean-Talon market, metro station and lots of great cafes and restaurants....

« The apartment is clean and spacious. Location is not far from most attractions by car. It's also near to a Metro station. Adam responses to our questions quick and patient. The only downside for us was the disco music on Friday and Saturday night (10 pm to around 3 am) from the bar on the street. »

« During the online check DEN STAYS requested a guarantee of 500Can$ with a Visa card which has not been announced no where. This after I have paid fully my stay. My bank account had been debited of the amount. After, DEN STAYS credited my account of the 500 can$, but debited it again. I was obligated to send to them an official bank statement to see the amount sent back in my account. The check in on line there are used with the scan of your ID, the selfie etc is not working well and you don’t...

« Very nice, big and very bright space. The owner was very prompt in his replies, and went over and above to me make sure we where comfortable and all our requests where met. Great spot. »

« C'était un séjour affreux. J'avais loué un appartement 2 chambres 2 salles de bains plus grande salle commune. Et j'ai eu immense studio avec 1 lit et une banquette et nous étions 3. Le propriétaire nous a apporté un matelas pneumatique, Entrée tres difficile a ouvrir de l'intérieur. avec escalier tout cassé et même dangereux. Dans studio lave linge il faut taper dessus pour la faire fonctionner. Pas de prises de courant pour cafetière et grille pain. Vaisselle inexistante. 3 petites assiettes...

« At first glance, the apartment is cute. Nice decor and bright. There is a lack of sitting in the living area. The dining nook is beyond small (feels claustrophobic). The beds are comfortable, but the pillows are horrible. All the walls are scuffed and dirty. The wooden floors look dirty, but probably stained. The back of the bathroom door is filthy. It looks like the long term tenants moved out and the owner decided to quickly flip the place into a short term rentable without a thorough clean. »

« Perfect property for a medium length trip. Customer service was excellent and it was the best of both a hotel and a short term rental. We loved the location and the parking spot in the back made it really easy for us who drove up. »

« Hôtel idéalement situé pour nos besoins dans le Quartier des Spectacles. L'accueil a été rapide et courtois. Nous avons été réveillés par un petit chien qui jappe dans une chambre adjacente, puis par le camion à déchets qui passe à 7h le lundi matin. Air climatisé bruyant mais la chambre est propre et fonctionnelle. Somme toute, un bon rapport qualité-prix pour le quartier. »
