« 4.5 Stars. Very nice property in an excellent location. Good communication and easy check-in. The house was nice, clean and comfortable. We came during hot weather, and were a bit surprised to discover that there is no air conditioning. It was pretty warm inside, so keep this in mind if you come during the summer. Apparently, many homes in Vancouver do not have air conditioning. The neighborhood is close to downtown, and seems quite safe. There are quite a few stores, restaurants and bars...

« Stayed 4 nights. Even better than the pictures! Beautiful, modern, clean. Has everything you might need. Very conveniently located, only a 5 min walk to Burrard St station, water. Absolutely perfect for our needs and would definitely stay again. Excellent instructions and communication with host. »

« This place was perfect for our small group. We really loved the location and the courtyard, pool, and rooftop patio. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed for breakfasts and snacks. The hot tub advertise for the home should be removed, it’s dirty and small and I can’t see that anyone would want to use it. There is a great hot tub in the pool facility that is a 1 minute walk, that I would recommend instead. The detergent used on the sheets had a strong floral smell,...

« The house was amazing for a long weekend. Three good size bedrooms and two spacious bathrooms. Communication with the owners was easy and they were incredibly helpful and responsive.The area around the house includes some unhoused folks, so just keep that in mind when coming home (especially at night) but there are lots of cafés, restaurants and breweries within a short walk. »

« AVOID IT AT ALL COSTS!! We didn't even end up staying at this place. There was a guy, literally, crapping in the alley when we drove up. On top of that, there were people in the alley banging on doors and screaming. We got into the place that it was ~25C inside, and apparently there are portable air conditioners, which we never saw in the 5 minutes we were there. One of the rooms smelled like someone had taken a dump in it, and with the fact that it was about 30C upstairs, we decided not to stay...

« We had a girls trip and it was exactly what we needs to get a bunch of ladies together for a good time! It was very well stocked and any questions we had, the host went above and beyond for us with good communication! Thank you! »

« We loved our time at Tom & Lindsay's place. It was exactly as described online. The kitchen was well equipped with everything you need. The kitchen was so nice and organized which I loved and the place was extremely clean. I would recommend this place for short or long term stays. Also, loved that it was close to Starbucks, Urban Fare (groceries and food) and close to other local bars and restaurants. »
