We will definitely recommend this place and we hope to have the opportunity to go back in the next few years. We love vancouver and this place is close to everything. You do not need a car. The only negative comment is the air conditioning. It was fine since it was not too hot (about 20 degres), but I imagine with 35 to 30 degres...it surely gets too hot. I would also recommend a better kitchen trash bin, this one has no lid... the rest was just perfect!!
