« We enjoyed this location for a Thanksgiving trip to see Philadelphia and local family. Check in and out was smooth. Recently rehabbed property, was very clean with quiet neoghbors. We had an issue with a doorknob and the owner came to fix it within hours of reporting it. The only difficulty was finding street parking later in the evening, but it was easy to find during the day. We rode the bus a couple times and walked every day, which helped us find local coffee & pie shop, murals, cheesesteak...

« Great location! We took the train in to avoid worrying about parking, and between walking, Uber, and the subway everything was easy to get to.House was clean and overall comfortable. There’s always things with a rental you wish were different, but bottom line - I would stay here again if we came to the area. »

« Our lodging was perfect for our needs. Plenty of nearby eating and drinking establishments, Close to Drexel and Penn, and 15 minutes to downtown Philadelphia. The rooms were very clean, the beds were comfortable, the kitchen was adequately equipped and the neighborhood felt safe. »

"Cette chaîne d’hôtel, et normalement une très belle chaîne. Nous avons vraiment été déçu de notre séjour, chambre, salle à certains endroits, porte de la salle de bain, dégradée, un luminaire sur deux dans la salle de bain ne fonctionnait pas. Il fallait retourner chaque matin mendier un ticket pour le petit déjeuner, alors qu’il était compris dans notre réservation, et à l’accueil ils n’ont pas souhaité nous donner tous les tickets d’un coup… De quoi perdre du temps tous les matins. De plus, notre chambre a été nettoyé, nous étions très content… Jusqu’à ce que nous rentrions le soir, et trouvions notre porte de la chambre ouverte, nous l’avons signalé à l’accueil, qui ne sait même pas déplacer, et qui ne nous a même pas répondu pour savoir ce qui s’était passé. Service propreté et clientèle à revoir. Nous reviendrons à Philadelphie c’est sûr, mais jamais dans cet hôtel."

"Très belle hôtel. Les chambres sont bien et propres. L'emplacement est super, près de l'hôtel de ville et du métro. Si vous êtes prêts à marcher 30 minutes tous les attraits principaux sont faisables sans utiliser de transport à partir de cette hôtel (Rocky steps, independace hall...) Par contre, NE PRENEZ PAS de chambre au 10ième étage !! Le restaurant sur le toit (11ième étage) est très bruyant. Nous entendons des chaises et des tables se faire traîner de 9h am jusqu'à minuit voir même 1h du matin..."
