Everything was as advertised, very close to one of the other gems in Statesville, Kinsleeshop Farm events/wedding venue. So, this house was appx 2 miles to venue, very convenient travel. We came for a family wedding and decided to do a VRBO so we could bring our 2 small dogs. The neighborhood is an incredibly historic feeling neighborhood with a friendly vibe. The house is as described, but possibly better! Jaime spared nothing to make our stay enjoyable: from bottled waters and drinks in the refrigerator, to laundry detergent and soaps…coffee…you only need to bring your clothes! The master shower is awesome. The bedrooms are comfortable. Again, if you are coming near the area, this is the house you need. You are literally seconds from downtown area with amazing restaurants. The location is perfect, just a short walk from a charming downtown area. Although the yard isn't fully fenced in, it felt private and we enjoyed walking our puppy around the friendly, dog-friendly neighborhoods. The locals were incredibly kind and welcoming. The home itself is beautifully renovated, combining historical charm with modern amenities. We loved the high ceilings and the delightful sun room, which was a perfect spot to relax. The hosts provided everything we needed to enjoy our stay & were available and pleasant to communicate with throughout our stay. We will definitely stay here again. ##### James B.
