PSU Charm: Sunny 3BR Townhome 5 Mins From Campus!
The condo is good size and clean with everything we needed. There are 2 parking spots in front of the unit under a car port, but they are bit narrow for a full size truck. The location worked well for us, but it's not walking distance to campus (walking to the bus stop would work though)

The Penn Stater Hotel and Conference Center
Our stay was just a stop over. The Penn Stater is very nice but I wish that it had more eating options.

Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, State College (Penn State Area), PA
This hotel was perfectly located, very clean, staff friendly and helpful, and breakfast was basic but it hit the spot. The only complaint would be I didnt love the coffee.
