Property Summary  
At the Stárkov resort, you will find a serene vacation rental nestled in the beautiful surroundings of Nové Město Nad Metují, Czech Republic. This resort, built in 1997 and renovated, offers 22 houses surrounded by meadows at an elevation of 450 meters above sea level. The property boasts a range of amenities, including a Swimming Pool, Yard, Internet Wifi, Parking, and Tennis Court, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable stay.  
  
Outdoors  
The resort is set in a sunny, elevated position on a slope, along the wooded area, providing a picturesque outdoor environment. Guests can enjoy shared access to a 10-hectare property with a meadow, pond, and a seasonal swimming pool (8 x 4 meters, depth 150 cm, available from June 15 to September 16). Recreational activities abound, with facilities for table tennis, volleyball, badminton, beach volleyball, a patio, barbecue area, fireplace, and a children's playground featuring a slide, swing, and sandbox.

The complex offers a range of convenient services, including a reception area, lounge, bistro, and massage services (extra charge). Guests can indulge in recreational activities such as billiards, a playroom, table football, trampoline, and a kiosk. Bicycle storage and rental, as well as laundry services (extra charge), are available. Additional services like linen and towel changes (supplementary charge extra), room cleaning (on request, extra), bread roll service, and pre-arrival grocery service are also offered. The property is easily accessible, with motor access up to 200 meters from the house and parking facilities on-site.

You will be staying in a 4-room chalet with a total area of 100 square meters spread over 2 levels. The bright and cozy furnishings in the living room include a Scandinavian wood stove, satellite TV, and a flat-screen TV. The living room opens up to a terrace. The open kitchen is equipped with 4 hot plates, an oven, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, and an electric coffee machine, along with a dining table. There is a bathroom with a toilet and a separate toilet on the main level. The chalet features electric heating. On the upper floor, you'll find one room with 2 beds, another room with 2 beds, and a third room with 1 double bed. There is also a separate toilet on this level.

During your vacation, you can enjoy amenities such as a 11 square meter terrace with terrace furniture, providing a beautiful panoramic view of the valley and the countryside. Additional facilities include an iron, children's high chair, baby cot (extra charge), and internet access (WiFi, extra charge). The property is suitable for families and is a non-smoking house. A maximum of 2 pets or dogs are allowed on the premises.
