Welcome to Stárkov 18 km from Náchod, a resort situated 450 m above sea level, surrounded by meadows. The detached property was built in 1997 and renovated, offering a serene ambiance. Enjoy the luxury of a swimming pool, a spacious yard, internet WiFi connectivity, ample parking space, and a tennis court within the premises. This holiday rental is the perfect retreat for families and seniors alike, with baby equipment available upon request.

Immerse yourself in a truly idyllic setting at Stárkov, where a 10-hectare property awaits your exploration. Indulge in leisure activities amidst the meadows and pond, or take a refreshing dip in the seasonal swimming pool (8 x 4 m, depth 150 cm, available from June 15 to September 16). Engage in table tennis, volleyball, badminton, beach volleyball, or unwind on the patio while relishing a delightful barbecue by the fireplace. Children can revel in the dedicated playground with slides, swings, and a sandbox.

The ground floor features a bright and cozy living room, fully renovated in 2024, with a Scandinavian wood stove, satellite TV, and a flat-screen TV. This level also includes an open kitchen equipped with modern appliances such as a four-burner stove, oven, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, and an electric coffee machine, as well as a dining table. Additionally, you'll find a bathroom with a toilet and a separate toilet room. The upper floor consists of three bedrooms: one with two single beds, another with two single beds, and a third with a double bed, along with a separate toilet room.

The chalet offers a range of amenities to enhance your vacation experience. Enjoy the convenience of a washing machine, an iron, and a children's high chair. A baby cot is also available upon request (additional charges may apply). The property provides internet access (WiFi, extra charges apply). Outdoor amenities include a terrace spanning 11 square meters, equipped with terrace furniture, offering a beautiful panoramic view of the valley and the countryside. You can also take advantage of the barbecue facility for outdoor grilling.
