"We had a great stay and the staff was lovely and helpful. Our room was on two levels since we had our kids with us. Air conditioning was great. One thing we did not enjoy was the elevator that only went up to the 3rd floor. It was challenging with a bunch of suitcases. Still would definitely stay here again. "

"Excellent staff, they were very friendly, knowledge and well-mannered. I felt like I was visiting a relative or friend who was helping me understand Niš better. Room was clean and bed was very comfortable -- even with my jet lag, I had a good night sleep. The view was beautiful; I could see the city and local neighbors from my little balcony. Breakfast was well priced, had good options and was tasty. Overall an excellent experience 1) because of the staff; 2) the price and 3) the hotel's space and cleanliness. "
