"Very well appointed room. Thoroughly enjoyed our two night stay. Had a lovely view of the water wheel and surroundings. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The continental breakfast was lovely and we ate pizza in the restaurant which was 10/10\. Very much recommend this hotel. Thank you."

"There was a problem with the WIFI, and I couldn’t connect it to my laptop. I was told it was an issue they were already aware of. I couldn’t even use my mobile data because there was no signal inside the hotel. If I had known this before, I wouldn’t have booked my stay there, as I was travelling for work and needed to use my laptop. Fortunately, after some time I managed to connect to the WIFI, although I’m not sure how.... The rest was okay, not perfect, but for the price and the location I think it was fair."
