Welcome to your magnificent retreat on Sebago Lake! This isn't just a home that sleeps 10; it's a haven for unforgettable gatherings in a truly spectacular setting. Immerse yourself in the unbeatable views of the lake from every window as you relax and unwind.  
  
Located off Route 114, this private and quiet area is home to a family-friendly neighborhood with beautiful views of Sebago Lake. It’s a mix of seasonal and year-round homes, perfect for a peaceful getaway  
  
This spacious house features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, along with a finished basement boasting a cozy TV area and additional bunk beds for added flexibility.

Upstairs Bed 1 - Full Bed  
Upstairs Bed 2 - King Bed  
Basement - 2 sets of Bunk Beds (each bunk bed has a Full-size mattress on the bottom and a Twin-size mattress on top)  
  
Step outside to find stairs leading down to your own private beach, where you can soak up the sun and enjoy the tranquility of the lake.  
  
Inside, you'll find all the essentials you need for a comfortable stay, from air conditioning to a fully equipped kitchen and dedicated workspace. Additional amenities include a washer and dryer, high-speed Wi-Fi, and all the toiletries you need for a refreshing stay.  
  
Whether you're gathering around the dining table for a family meal, lounging in the TV area, or exploring the lakefront, this Sebago Lake retreat promises an unforgettable experience. Book your stay now and create lasting memories in this picturesque paradise.  
  
\- We offer 24/7 messaging but cannot always offer maintenance or staff to attend after 5 pm or before 9 am. We will do our best to resolve your needs and requests as quickly as possible once we have staff available.  
We offer just about everything you need to get started, such as coffee, soap, toilet paper, paper towels, etc., but please understand we offer enough to start your trip, and any extras you need you will be responsible for.  
  
Window units will be installed by Memorial Day through the end of Sept/early October  
  
This unit is not baby-proofed. If you need any babyproofing for your stay, please be sure to bring your own devices with you.
