« This is my third time staying on the property. We prefer the cottage over the chalet if you can pay more. We like the extra space and primary bedroom on first floor. Both properties got a new addition (hot tub)! The property also got more swings and a jumbo net. This is a beautiful sanctuary. Your cars and atv are extra safe here. The host couple is amazing. You will feel true southern hospitality from them. »

« The house is very nice and was perfect for our family stay. We stayed in the house for our trip to ride SXS’s on the Hatfield McCoy trails. The house had plenty of rooms and bathrooms for our family. The kitchen and living room were great areas too. The house was very clean. The pressure washer and outside seating areas are nice features of the house. The only downside to our stay was the train tracks, we got used to the trains after the first day. »

« It was our second time back with our whole quad squad Framily crew and even all the kids loved it. The area is just beautiful and there's plenty of yard room to do fun activities and have the small kiddos ride around. Close to trails and can ride the quad pretty much anywhere. Brandon is always amazing with replying to messages and being quick about it. They're fantastic people to rent from and we will be continuing to go back bc we love it and them so much!! »

« Unfortunately we didn’t get to stay as planned due to being exposed and testing positive for Covid. Our host was understanding and very helpful, even offering different dates for a future stay. However, due to end of year work obligations we were unable to make plans. Genuinely nice, honest host that went out of her way to accommodate. I would definitely recommend them to anyone. »

« Had a great time! Cabin was located right were we to be. This was an adult male group of 7 there to ride street motorcycles. Never had a cold shower, firewood was dry (and we burned some!). Oven worked great! Cabin was clean! What more can you say! Satisfied with our choice! Thank You! »

« We had a wonderful stay. The hosts were very kind and thoughtful. We were in town for a few days due to our Grandmother's passing. When we arrived the apartment is just as pictured. The apartment has 4 spacious bedrooms and the beds were comfortable. The kitchen is fully stocked and the hosts left us a basket of snacks. The restaurant downstairs was a major perk of our trip. We enjoyed the southern home cooking for breakfast and dinner. We will definitely stay here again when visiting our family...

« Everything about this place was great. We will definitely be staying here again. The only reason the location got a 4 star was because there is a ball park that shares a parking lot with this home and it gets crazy crowded but then on a good note you can run over to the concession stand and get some good snacks! We rode 10 hours one day. The trails were amazing around this property! »
