« 全体的にはスタッフも感じが良く親切でとても満足。アメニティもチェックイン時にくれたり、ミニバーの飲み物サービスも充実。絵画や調度品も良い雰囲気で落ち着けた。静かなホテルとの口コミだったが、山側の部屋は高速が走っていて車の音がずっと聞こえていた。事前に旅行サイトで決済済みだったのに、チェックイン時にNTD4000のデポジットを請求されたのは少し驚き。近年、デポジットを要求されることはなかったので、怪しい日本人と思われたか？。掃除も行き届いていたが、クロゼットの中の綿ぼこり、トイレ床面の汚れなど、細かいところまでは日本の綺麗なホテル並みとまでは行かないのは仕方ない。タオルバスローブ類、スリッパなどは清潔感あり上質。立地の面では、ドームのライブなどなら最高、市街地中心に行動するなら喧騒の中になるが、別のブランド選択が良い。 »

"The staff were really kind and friendly. They also watched over our luggage when our flights were way before and after the check-in and check-out of the rooms. Allowing us to walk around without the need to drag our luggages with us. Rooms have decent soundproofing. Sometimes the washroom would have a sewer smell leak out, but there's a bathroom fan that could take care of it when you turn it on. Big plus on the free bottled water that gets replenished every day. Overall quite satisfied with this hotel, would lodge here again."
