Our reservation was canceled by the property manager the day before we were scheduled to depart due to no vacancy. The Hotels.com process is very misleading in regards to vacancy. As the customer, my reservation was nonrefundable, but the management can cancel on us as they wish. Now we are having trouble getting a full and immediate refund. Horrible experience and I will never recommend Hotels.com or The Breeze to anyone if this isn't resolved quickly.
