Queen Bed, futon sofabed. WALK to RED HOOK Restaurants, Bars, Marina & Ferry- only 1/2 mile away. A/C, fan, TV, Roku, coffee maker, microwave, hair dryer, Wi-Fi, bedding, bath towels, small grill right outside the unit. Steps away from pool and large outdoor kitchen area with large BBQ grill and Honor Bar. Beach Towels, Beach Chairs, Coolers. Parking. Private entrance. Our rentals are nestled within a large home with a tropical themed back yard and plenty of lounging areas to relax. We have 5 large decks, Saltwater Pool, floaties, an outdoor Kitchen and BBQ Grills, Honor Bar, outdoor dining areas, Lounge chairs, Hammocks, Corn Hole and other bar games. Our rooms are clean, efficient and a little funky. Help yourself to snorkeling gear, Ice chests, beach chairs or whatever you see in the unit or around the shared areas of the house. Location, Location, Location….! This is one of the few properties on the Island that truly is walking distance to bustling Red Hook. The property is situated atop a small hill in a quiet East End neighborhood at the edge of popular Red Hook and Red Hook Bay. We are a short walk to Secret Harbor Beach, multiple bars and restaurants, marina (with fishing, snorkeling and island-hopping excursions) Moe's Grocery, ATM, the St John Ferry, medical clinic, shopping, safari route, and more. A little bit further down the road takes you to Cowpet Bay, Elysian Resort, Ritz Carlton, Yacht Club Lindquist Beach, Sapphire Beach, Scott's Beach, Compass Point Marina, Mangrove Eco Tours, Food Center just to name a few.... Our proximity to everything the island is famous for makes us the perfect location for adventure minded traveler. Unless you rented the entire house, we may have other guests. We have plenty of room to chill out somewhere in solitude or hang out and meet the others. we ask that everyone be respectful in every way. This is not a place to get rowdy and unruly. We ask everyone to keep the noise down after 10 PM. We are an ADULT and MATURE TEEN ONLY property. There are stairs throughout the property and in some units. The Safari (local bus system) Route is located a couple blocks away. Make sure you have cash. The Safari will take you around the main loop of the island, so you can easily explore other places. PS - We don't have sidewalks, not just our location, but no neighborhood on the island has sidewalks. RULES, RULES, RULES………… Vibeinn is an ADULT ONLY, Mature Teen only property. We have an unprotected pool, alcohol and heights. We do not have a lifeguard. Be Respectful. Keep noise down between 10PM and 9am. You will be asked to leave IMMEDIATELY if you are belligerent or disrespectful, especially to other guests. Report Accurate number of guests checking in. If more guests show up than in the booking, you will not be allowed to check in. Only Vibeinn GUESTS are allowed at this property. Do not invite friends you meet at the bar to come hang out at our property. NO GLASS in or around the pool. If you break glass in the pool you will be charged a $500 cleaning/refill fee. ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING INSIDE! There are several designated outdoor smoking areas. If you smoke in your room, you will be charged a $250 penalty and be asked to leave. PLEASE BE MINDFUL OF POWER USAGE! We pay the highest in the Nation and America for power. Please turn off the lights and A/C when leaving the unit. If we know you left with items on in your unit we can, and will, go in and turn them off ourselves. CHECK weather if travelling August-November which is HURRICANE SEASON. We stayed there after flying into St Thomas, then on the barge to St Johns. We stayed in a studio apt. Perfect and comfortable, clean and neat. Good sleeping bed. We hung out on the pool deck for dinner and coffee. There are several rental options on the property, but its still a home like setting. I have travelled extensively in South America where you have nice hostels or inns to meet other travellers while being nice, clean, comfortable. Vibe inn is one of the few places like that that I’ve found in the US. This was the perfect place for us. We knew we would be out and about exploring St Thomas and St John on our trip. We wanted a quiet, safe, clean, place to stay where we could come back after a long day and relax. We found all that and more! The outdoor space is beyond beautiful, perfect for a dip in the pool, a nap in the quiet spaces, reading a book in the morning with coffee or having cocktails and playing games at the bar! It is not near the beach but easily accessible if you have a car. We relied primarily on cabs (spendy) the Safari bus and walking (which was not super safe on these roads) . I would rent a car. Everything was super clean and the location was a short walk to Red Hook and Secret Harbor Beach, most of which avoids the main road that isn't super fun to walk along. St Thomas seems to attract a good amount of people looking to party, so be aware some fellow guests may take full advantage of the very cool lounge areas through to the early morning.
