King Bed and Queen sleeper + added touches. Best location in the complex, bar none! The builder of Sapphire Village retained this condo as his own because of the central location. Corner unit, with just five steps to the parking area it's easy to access everything St Thomas has to offer. Just a stroll to stunning Sapphire Beach (we provide chairs, snorkel gear, and a cooler) The condo is just steps from the main pool (there are 2) and the only full-service restaurant in all of Sapphire Bay, Sudi's Caribbean Bar & Grille. Great food and drink along with a variety of scheduled entertainment. On the Beach, you will find the Sapphire Beach Bar which provides liquid refreshment and grilled burgers and sandwiches with occasional live bands. Parasailing and jet skis are available at the marina along with out-island and BVI excursions. The rental shed on the beach has all manner of beach toys. Red Hook is just 1 mile from the condo and has dozens of restaurants, bars and shops, along with Moe's Market for and the Ferry to St. John. The condo is close to the beach, condo office, pool, restaurant, lending library, outdoor shower, mailroom, marina services, and laundry. Close to everything but still quiet and private in-condo high-speed wireless network. I-pod dock and Bluetooth stereo speaker, flat-screen Hi-def TV, DVD, in-room safe and custom coded keyless entry. This corner unit is especially nice because nobody will be disturbing you by walking by your door. End unit porches also have a side window for more light and airflow. The bathroom was remodeled in 2013\. All new kitchen and living room tile in 2014\. Extensive furniture upgrades and new bed 2016\. The condo overlooks a quiet marina with stunning down-island views of St. John, the BVI, and many other smaller islands. Watch the yachts come and go while lounging on your private balcony or take a short 1500 foot stroll to beautiful world-renowned Sapphire Beach AND THE NEW FOR 2017 SAPPHIRE BEACH BAR by the St Thomas Restaurant Group - search the web for SBBVI. Our dual air-conditioned walk-in level condo sleeps four with a king-size bed in the bedroom and a pullout queen in the living area. We also supply an electric airbed if guests #3 & 4 don’t appreciate sharing the same bed. The kitchen is reasonably stocked and there is seating for 6 at the teak dining table. Linens are included as well as beach towels, snorkel gear, and an outing cooler. Sapphire village offers two pools, one just steps from your door alongside - Sudi's Caribbean Bar & Grille. The marina offers almost every Water Sport under the sun from BVI or sunset cruise to fishing, para-sailing. Popular charter options include Yachts: Breakaway, New Horizons and New Horizons II or choose a half or full-day fishing charter with Double Header or on Abigail III with Captain Red Bailey. Check out Aqua Blue Charters with Captain Scott – his reviews speak for themselves. Red hook is less than a mile down the road with boutiques, numerous restaurants, a grocery store, and the ferry to nearby St. John. Summers are a great time to visit, crowds are light, the beaches are delightful and the weather is near perfect. It had everything we needed throughout the whole week. The best part was the great view out over the marina, the ocean, and the mountainous surrounding islands. We were a two minute drive from the Red Hook area and the ferry docks to St. John. Sapphire Beach was a short walk and Lunquist Beach at Smith Bay was a two minute drive the other way. The two pools and Sudi's bar and restaurant on site were added bonuses. The mountainous island and beautiful white sand beaches made it a uniquely beautiful vacation that my wife classified as the best vacation we've ever taken. It was the perfect location just a short walk to the beach. Sapphire was the most beautiful beach and had everything you need right there. A bar/restraunt, pizza place, a fine dining restaurant, coffee shop, and adorable boutique. The condo had everything we needed and the best view. Our family of 4 stayed for the week and absolutely loved everything about it. Being right next to Sudi’s and the pool was also super convenient. This condo was perfect and the host was great to work with. It was hard to come back home. ##### Allison L. Mornings and night on the patio were so relaxing. Close to several restaurants pools and a beach with an amazing view. The condo was very well stocked from the kitchen to the activity closet. Saphire Beach is a walk away, Red Hook is less than a mile if you want to go to St. John, and the marina is just below for a ton of excursions. The condo is exactly as pictured and described. The view of the marina is beautiful. Condo is well stocked with beach gear (towels, coolers, chairs, snorkel). Beach is a short walk from condo. Excellent amenities all within walking distance from condo, Pool, Beach, Beach Buzz Cafe, Beach Bar, Sudi's and Laundry. We stayed 12/16-12/22 and during our stay we went to Red Hook twice, once to shop/eat and the other time to take the Ferry over to St. John. We went to Maho Bay and Trunk Bay. Another day we took a taxi to Ferry over to Water Island. Water Island was everyone's favorite. You can't go wrong with this condo/location. Mark was great to work with and provided lots of helpful tips for our first trip to St.Thomas! ##### Kim M. This property is fantastic! It was exactly as shown, great location, very clean, well stocked with plenty of beach stuff and great views. Kitchen also was well stocked with essentials and more. Mark was responsive and super nice. It is a perfect corner unit, close to pool and super quiet. Less than 5 minutes to Red Hook ferry and food markets. Highly recommend this property. ##### Gina D.
