It can sleep up to 12 adults or kids in the king beds and 2 additional kids on the lay-flat sleeper sofas. The generator will keep power going in the event of an outage and the incredible views will keep you phone full of pictures and videos to make your friends back home jealous. Looking for an island escape that feels private yet perfectly connected to everything St. Thomas has to offer? Cabrita Cliff House is your answer. Located on the exclusive Cabrita Point on the island’s East End, this stunning villa on St. Thomas is just minutes from The Ritz, Red Hook, the St. John ferry, and some of the island’s most well-known beaches. With the ocean crashing just below the numerous balconies, you won’t get any closer to the water unless you’re on a boat...well, or at a beach. With panoramic views, luxurious amenities, and space for the whole crew, this vacation rental on St. Thomas is the perfect blend of seclusion and convenience. Villa Layout \- Main Floor (no stairs) o Primary bedroom (king bed) with ensuite bathroom and soaker tub o Guest bedroom 1 (king bed) with ensuite bathroom. Both bedrooms have access to the shared balcony with incredible views of the sunrise over St. John. o Main living room, dining room, kitchen, pool and a half bathroom. \- Second Floor (interior staircase) o Two bedrooms are located via this staircase, both have king beds, and both have access to a shared balcony where you can hear the waves crash below. They share a bathroom that has double sink vanity and a walk-in shower. The bedroom to the right of the stairs has a lay flat sleeper sofa that's great for young kids. o Laundry \- Second Floor (exterior staircase) o King bed with an ensuite bathroom o Apartment with a king bedroom and its own bathroom. The living room has a lay flat sleeper sofa that is great for younger kids. Both the apartment bedroom and guest bedroom have access to a shared balcony. o There are two staircases to access this level, one that goes down the side of the house that is ideal for when you’re bringing luggage up or down and a spiral staircase by the pool that gives easy access to the pool and main level of the house. :::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::: Close To… \- Secret Harbor Beach – 3 minutes away and one of my favorite beaches on St. Thomas. This beach is calm and has great snorkeling. There is a restaurant just steps from the beach so you can grab lunch and beverages while you’re there. \- Cowpet Beach – 5 minutes away, another favorite of mine because of the typically calm waters and great snorkeling. There’s ample shade and a little restaurant to grab lunch called Sangrias. Caribbean Fish Market is open for dinner and bunch on Sunday and is another great spot to dine. \- Sapphire Beach, Lindquist Beach, and Coki Beach are all between 8-12 minutes away and are must visits during your stay. They are all great places to snorkel! You can see sea turtles, sergeant majors, blue and yellow tang, lobster, and more! \- An Hour Late – 6 minutes away and has great coffee, and breakfast or lunch options. It's a local favorite for a reason! \- Dining options in Red Hook – 7 minutes down the road and you can find numerous dining options ranging from sushi, pizza, Italian, Mexican, and more! \- Cost U Less & The Market (groceries) – 20 minutes, most affordable place to grab groceries on the island. Some items are in bulk but most are not. \- Red Hook + STJ ferry – 7 minutes, hop on the car or people ferry and explore our neighboring island of St. John. The car ferry takes about 20 minutes and the people ferry is about a 10 minute ride. :::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::: Important to Note • While the villa is completely private, you may encounter service vendors during your stay, including pool techs, landscapers, or generator technicians. They set their own schedules and do not provide notice. • Renting this villa requires signing a rental agreement. Island Tings This is a tropical island. Lizards may sneak inside (they help with bugs), and you'll likely see a few wild critters from your balcony. The views were absolutely breathtaking—every room offered stunning views of the ocean and St. John. Starting each day with morning coffee while overlooking the water was a dream, and it made coming home incredibly difficult.One of the standout features of this rental is the concierge service. They were invaluable in planning our trip for 11 people, from recommending amazing restaurants to connecting us with the best driver on the island. Big Mike. The location is another highlight; being close to the Ritz Carlton made for lovely morning walks, but caution the roads are very narrow and uneven.The house itself was well-equipped and thoughtfully laid out, ideal for accommodating multiple families. The separate apartment was perfect for those who wanted a quieter space or an earlier bedtime. The property manager was highly responsive and addressed any questions we had during our stay.If we had one suggestion for improvement, it would be to provide additional bath towels, as these were somewhat limited. That minor detail aside, we would absolutely stay at Cabrita Cliff House again. It was the perfect setting for a truly memorable vacation. ##### Jane B. Location was good. Not easy to get to. Parking was not easy. View was very nice.Great breeze to keep you cool outside. A couple air conditioners were malfunctioning not a big deal. Only problem was the cook top in main kitchen ran out of propane. The guy came to switch tanks apparently to another empty tank, so cook top pilots were on for about an hour before they went out again. This time when we called, there was no response from anybody we think because it was the weekend. So no use of kitchen for three of the five days. Luckily there is a kitchen downstairs so we shuttled food down there to cook, just inconvenient for us older people. Place was spacious and clean, and was comfortably cool. ##### Kathryn E. The oven didn't work in the main kitchen and that problem never got resolved which wasn't a huge problem for us because we had almost everything catered. Could be a problem for others if you are planning on cooking. The road leading to the house is a circle but one side is very rough and more of a construction road. There are a couple of minor repair items that need attention but other than that, the property is really top notch. The property management team was incredibly responsive and gave us excellent recommendations on everything; grocery stores, rental companies and restaurants.
