Only a short distance to the Pier/Village area and 3/4 mile to the nearest beach access point. Distance alone is enough to book this unit but it has so much more! Upon entering the unit you will find the open concept with the kitchen, dining room and living room. You will love the furniture and decor and will find that most of your needs have be provided for. Just off the living room is an enlarged patio with table and chairs and a gas grill. A half bath rounds out the downstairs portion of the town home. Going upstairs, you will find two bedrooms serviced by a full bath. The master bedroom comes equipped with a queen bed and the second bedroom has two twins. Like downstairs, the upstairs is beautifully decorated and comfortable. In the center of the complex there is a community pool for your use and pleasure. Pool is seasonal (avg mid-April until Labor Day). Book this Courtyard Villa now. These don't last long. CHECK IN: 4:00 pm CHECK OUT: 10:00 am • Group gatherings and events at this property are limited to the number of occupants (4 persons). • No pets are allowed in this unit. • One marked parking space is provided.
