Our perfect beach getaway on the top floor includes two bedrooms and a queen size sleeper sofa, two full baths, accommodating up to six people, and is professionally decorated to create a cozy comfortable atmosphere. The fully equipped kitchen provides everything needed for your “home away from home” vacation, such as microwave, coffee maker, toaster, full size range, and full size washer and dryer. The living room includes a TV and DVD and CD player, comfy chair and also a sofa, that also serves as a sleeper sofa. Both bathrooms have tub and shower and include quality towels and linens. The spacious master bedroom includes a TV, king size bed with luxury linens. Second bedroom contains queen size bed and TV. Enjoy nature on your private patio overlooking serene greenspace. Wifi is included within the unit, along with cable TV (about 50 channels). The unit is well located in the complex, as it’s close to the pool in the front (seasonally heated). Condo could improve the items available for use during the stay (cookware, dishes, etc). Condo appears larger and more spacious in pictures. Layout was great when some family wants to sleep late (or stay up late). Convenient to pool. Location convenient to town center, beach (via bike) and main streets, which was great. Had an issue with some mail Josh was very helpful with trying to resolve it. The location is handy to everything that SSI has to offer. This was our first time in this particular unit, and we couldn’t be happier with our stay. Kitchen/laundry had modern appliances. Beds were very comfortable. Apartment was clean and fresh. We particularly recognize the efficiency, friendliness and responsiveness of the unit owner. ##### Judith R. The condo is comfortable and furnished with everything you might need. The complex itself has many amenities and is ideal for a relaxed stroll or calm communion with the ducks on the lake, your pet’s early morning and late night “nature” calls, or just sitting on the patio or balcony among the ancient oaks. The condo looked just like the pictures. It was clean and well stocked with extra towels, kitchen supplies, and soaps/tp. I especially appreciated that the primary bedroom's bed was very comfortable. Check-in/check-out was a breeze, and communication with the owner was great. He was helpful and responsive but not intrusive. Ocean Walk is a great location; it's only about a mile to the pier/shops and about the same to public beach access. I'm delighted we found a great place that allowed us to bring our pup to the beach.
