This house provides the perfect place for families looking to spend time together. Riding bikes along the beach or walking to any one of St Simons fabulous restaurants it’s the perfect place to bring your family and friends. The Village and Pier area provide more restaurants, great shopping, and a beautiful walking area along the waterfront. 3 bedrooms with King Size beds 1 bedroom with a set of bunk beds and 2 additional twin beds, the bunk beds are strictly for children 2 full baths and half bath Large spacious kitchen, family room, and Front porch \*This property features two private guest spaces. The Peachtree Retreat upstairs unit includes its own private entrance and a spacious front porch. The Peachtree Apartment has a separate private path leading to the entrance and includes full access to the backyard. If you're interested in renting the Peachtree Retreat Apartment in addition to your reservation, the apartment ID number is 2784143 Let me just say, this is NOT a party house! This is a home that we share to people who are looking to get away and spend time together and are respectful of the homes around them.
