It was so convenient to make a cup of coffee and watch the sunrise on the beach and it was also within walking distance to ships, restaurants and the pier. The host also had a really nice beach storage closet with chairs and all kinds of beach items that made it so easy to grab and go! Also, if you didn't want the beach but still some sun and water, the condo pool area was beautiful and had restrooms so you didn't have to go back and forth to the condo.
