The Space:

The perfect spot for your next adventure! This vacation rental is only minutes from the beach and is uniquely located in the middle of everything Saint Simons has to offer.

Our 3 bedroom 2 bath condo is only a 5 minute drive (15 minute bike ride) to the beach and is adjacent to Redfern village.

The expansive deck is perfect for watching our amazing sunsets each night and the ideal perch for birdwatchers.



This home is available for 30+ days or more only.



Must be over 21 to rent this home. Renting for others is prohibited.



The Space

All three bedrooms have a Queen-sized bed. The third bedroom is also equipped as an office with a desk, monitor, keyboard and mouse for you to plug in and work.



Other things to note

We provide high speed Internet as well as a smart TV with all the streaming services available for you to access with your subscription. We have a fully equipped kitchen for all your needs. The condo includes a washer and dryer in the unit as well as a community pool and gazebo that overlook the turtle pond.

The pool is open dawn to dusk year round and is not heated.

There is a community, charcoal grill for use, and it is first come, first served.



Pack N Play and strollers available upon request for $15 each for the duration of your stay. Please notify us at least 1 day in advance if you would like to rent them so we can ensure they are delivered prior to your arrival.



Guests must be at least 24 years old to book this property.



After booking we do require a rental agreement and rental form to be signed in order to stay at our home. We appreciate the understanding on this as we want to protect all parties involved!



Other Things to Note:

A refundable security deposit of $750 will be added after booking.



Linens are provided for your stay along with a starter set of paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, shampoo, body wash and laundry pods. They will not be replenished during your stay so make sure to bring some extras if you need!
