Welcome to your fully renovated 3 bed, 2.5 bath condo nestled in the heart of St. Simons Island. This charming coastal retreat boasts three bedrooms with two master suites, ideal for families or couples seeking ultimate comfort and privacy. The pool is just a 1 min walk from the home! Step inside to discover a beautifully updated interior, featuring modern furnishings and coastal-inspired decor throughout. The spacious living area invites you to unwind and relax after a day of exploring the island, while the fully equipped kitchen beckons aspiring chefs to whip up delicious meals. Sliding glass doors lead to your own private balcony, where you can sip your morning coffee or enjoy a sunset cocktail while soaking in the tranquil views of the surrounding marshland. Outside, take a refreshing dip in the community's saltwater pool, surrounded by lush greenery and swaying palm trees, providing the perfect oasis for relaxation. Conveniently located just a couple of minutes' drive from Red Fern Village, you'll have easy access to a variety of restaurants and boutique shops, ideal for leisurely strolls and dining adventures. We provide two cruiser bikes for you to get there quickly! For beach lovers and outdoor enthusiasts, the St. Simons Island Pier and pristine beaches are only a 5/6-minute drive away, offering endless opportunities for swimming, sunbathing, and water sports. Experience the best of coastal living at this St. Simons Island getaway – book your stay today and start making memories that will last a lifetime. One small dog 35 lbs or under is allowed. If your stay is between March 1 and October 31, you will receive a beach gear credit of $35/night for stays 3-21 nights. Other things to note: All reservations are charged a $50 processing fee. This fee is non-refundable, even if the reservation is cancelled. There is a $100 pet fee for those guests bringing pets. FLETC TDY welcome! The pool is closed between early Oct and late April. There is a $100 pet fee for those guests bringing their pup. Please consider purchasing travel insurance for your trip. This may cover you for instances of medical emergencies or inclement weather. We unfortunately can’t offer refunds for these types of situations so we want to ensure you’ve properly covered yourself. Pack N Play and strollers available upon request for $15 each for the duration of your stay. Please notify us at least 1 day in advance if you would like to rent them so we can ensure they are delivered prior to your arrival. Linens are provided for your stay along with a starter set of paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, shampoo, body wash and laundry pods. They will not be replenished during your stay so make sure to bring some extras if you need! For stays of 30 nights or more, we will collect a $750 refundable security deposit. House Rules: No loud noise after 10pm per county ordinance. Violation of ordinance will result in immediate eviction without refund. No loud music. No parties. Smoking inside the home will result in a $2,000 fee. All pet droppings must be picked up or a $50 fee will be assessed. There will be a $75 minimum charge for any missing remotes, including ceiling fan, and TV remotes. Maximum of 2 pets. There was ample room and it was pet friendly which was an added plus. The only issue I had while we stayed there was there seemed to be some sort of electrical problem. I made the host aware of of it, but being that it was a holiday week it was probably hard to get an electrician to come out. The downstairs bedroom had stained sheets (gross), sad lifeless pillows, and stained towels, which made the property feeling neglected. The downstairs bathroom shower curtain was laden with mildew. The matching chair and couch were dirty. The pictures shown in VRBO are misleading as a chair and ottoman are missing along with a table and pictures.
