Unit has a king bed and a new queen sleeper sofa. Great complex it has 2 pools, tennis, courts, fitness center and business center along with laundry facilities and is walking distance to the pier/village and jut minutes to the public beach accesses. WiFi did not work for our stay which made it challenging with a toddler with his sound machine and camera. It could use a good deep cleaning especially the bathroom. All in all it was fine.
