The only issue we encountered was with the wifi in the unit, the connection constantly cycled in while trying to stream tv services or using the laptop or cell phone. I reset the router several times to no avails a telecommunications expert, I can say unequivocally that there is a problem with either the wiring into the building or serving the complex.
