Top tier accommodations. Prompt and helpful communication even on Christmas Day arrival. Each guest room with private bath was spacious and beautifully decorated. Ample living/entertaining space for our party of 6 adults. Will definitely stay again.

Es war genial. Das Haus ist perfekt für eine Familie. Alles sauber und Pool ist gross. Das einzige das gefehlt hat ist ein Bügeleisen.

The pergola was extremely dirty as was the pool and the rear of the house, including window and sliding door tracks. The need for power washing was clearly evident. There was debris on the pool deck and in the pool. Upon entering the house, mold was found on one bathroom vent fan and in the wine cooler. Urine stains were evident on one bathroom shower curtain. Dust was evident on the kitchen light fixture. A broken kitchen cabinet and three inoperative tvs rounded out the discovery process. The owners were apprised of the findings and the cabinet was repaired the next day. A couple of days later the tvs were attended to (one tv could now only view Netflix and another just Amazon Prime) with the proviso that the remotes needed to be replaced - still waiting for that to happen. The tv in the media room had six remotes and no operating instructions. Back to the pool - after 12 hours of running the robotic pool cleaner and skimming the leaves we could use the pool. At the end of our stay the pool was serviced (took 1 & 1/2 hour to clean) and the lawn service did their thing - all just in time for the next renter. Rounding out the adventure was the Smart Lock which we finally just gave up on in frustration. How this place received a 5 star rating is beyond me. In the future Casago will be a No Go for me.
