Welcome to 760 Ocean #203! Real Escapes Properties is proud to offer this two bedroom, two bath luxury condo. This is a second floor unit with one of the best views in the complex. It is comfortably furnished, generously-sized, and lavishly appointed. Features include granite counter tops in the open kitchen and bathrooms and a balcony that is accessible from both the living room and master suite. There are three Smart TV's in the unit for streaming and Xfinity cable is available as well. The master has a king sized bed, smart TV and en-suite with a soaking tub and an over-sized walk in shower along with his and hers sinks. The guest bedroom features a Queen-sized bed. There is also an attached bathroom (with a walk-in shower) that can also be accessed from the hallway. The community features one assigned covered parking space and room for overflow parking outside the building. There's also an elevator. 760 Ocean Boulevard is located near the Pier Village shops & restaurants, and is directly across the street from a public beach access. Swimming pool is seasonal. While the island has definitely changed since we graduated, there's enough the same that we wanted a nice, centrally located place to stay. This couldn't have been any better. The condo is in perfect shape and well stocked if you choose to have some meals at home. Extremely clean and the manager was outstanding and very responsive. The location was ideal - easy to walk to restaurants in the village as well as Crab Trap and Crabdaddy's in the opposite direction (1/2 mile either way). Small beach easily accessible across the street and the view was great. Price was great, as well. Comparable lodging at King and Prince (one of the cottages) was easily twice as much and not nearly as nice. Very much recommend and we will certainly stay there next time we go down. ##### Grog C. The location is amazing. Walking distance to the beach (right across the street) and the Village. There is an ocean view from the balcony. The location of the pool means that it is shaded by the building itself. Makes for a cold swim but I was there in April so maybe that would be nice in the summer. The hot tub was not heated which was disappointing. Jun 23, 2022 #### Juneteenth Stay in St Simons Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful time and enjoyed our stay here. Overall the condo was very clean and decorated nicely. It was great to wake up to an ocean/beach view every morning. The beach and to the town were in a short walking distance. The only negatives were that the master bedroom comforter was not clean when we got there(we washed it ourselves using the washer dryer) and the master toilet got stopped up on our last day. Other than that our stay was great!! We would stay here again. ##### Audria S.
