The property was very well appointed and comfortable. The grounds and pool is well maintained. The furniture and decor is warm and inviting. Location is perfect. We enjoyed the quietness of The Grand while just a short distance from shopping and restaurants. We will definitely visit again and wouldn’t hesitate to book again. Three small disappointments; kitchen utensils were lacking and the rooms not facing the water need light blocking curtains as the shades do not block out the light from the overhead lights that are on all night and located right outside the windows. The biggest disappointment was we had to call to get the code to access our condo and it was well past checkin time. Everything else was emailed promptly but not that code. ##### Lisa S. The condo complex is a great ocean front place with a nice pool, hot tub and grills on site. The condo, however, is not so great. The sliding glass door was broken so we couldn't lock the door and the hot water knob in master bathroom was broken. The condo was missing the basics like BEACH TOWELS! And kitchen amenities were minimal. Many salt and pepper shakers but nothing in them.. only a few wine glasses and nothing to use for the grill that the complex provides..
