Only a ten minute drive to East Beach and Pier Village, this home is perfectly located for vacationers. The home has 3 well-appointed bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The primary bedroom has french doors leading right outside to the botanical garden area where you can enjoy your morning coffee overlooking the marsh. There is a screened in porch that also overlooks the backyard and has a fan to keep you cool on those hot summer days. While the inside of the home is gorgeous, the backyard is where it's at! Live oaks adorn the backyard along with dozens of plants, different types of flowers and multiple areas to sit and relax. There is a propane grill available for those nights you want to barbeque and the best part...the home comes with built-in misters that sprays for mosquitos to keep them at bay. That means you can enjoy the outdoors without constantly worrying about them! If your stay is between March 1 and October 31, you will receive a beach gear credit of $35/night for stays 3-21 nights. The home comes with starter supplies to make your stay comfortable including toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap and laundry pods. If you are staying for an extended period and expect to need more than start supplies, there are several stores close by! Please Note: All reservations are charged a $50 processing fee. This fee is non-refundable, even if the reservation is cancelled. FLETC TDY welcome. For stays of 30 nights or more, we will collect a $2,000 refundable security deposit. Pack N Play and strollers available upon request for $15 each for the duration of your stay. Please notify us at least 1 day in advance if you would like to rent them so we can ensure they are delivered prior to your arrival. Up to 2 pets are welcome with a $50 pet fee which will be charged after booking. The yard is fully fenced in for your pups. There are some breed and size restrictions so please contact us before booking to inquire. Linens are provided for your stay along with a starter set of paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, shampoo, body wash and laundry pods. They will not be replenished during your stay so make sure to bring some extras if you need! Please consider purchasing travel insurance for your trip. This may cover you for instances of medical emergencies or inclement weather. We unfortunately can’t offer refunds for these types of situations so we want to ensure you’ve properly covered yourself. Anything other than a regular vehicle may be prohibited or may not fit on the property. If you plan to bring a trailer, motorcycle, boat or any other commercial or recreational vehicle, please inquire with the host about whether this is allowed. House Rules: Please note that smoking inside the property is prohibited and will result in a minimum $2,000 fine. Quiet hours per the county are 9pm to 8am. Violation of ordinance will result in immediate eviction without refund. Pets are not allowed on the screened in patio. No loud music. No parties. No parking on the lawn. All pet droppings must be picked up or a $50 fee will be assessed. There will be a $75 minimum charge for any missing remotes, including ceiling fan, and TV remotes. Maximum of 2 pets. We had everything we needed and it was very easy to check in and check out. Communication was great and I felt prepared with everything I needed. A few of our favorite spots was Wake Up coffee for breakfast, pastries and a quick espresso. Fancy Q Sushi Bar and Grill was delicious and the sushi boat was amazing! East Beach was a short drive and very easy to park and walk right on the beach, It's dog friendly during specific hours so our pup was able to join in on the fun!
