In addition to the front heated pool, the community boasts a multitude of amenities — a second pool in the back of the property with a kiddie pool, fitness center open 24/7, business center with two desktop computers and a printer, game room, and ping pong table. Escape to the relaxing wrap around porch at the clubhouse or head out to the charming lake-side sitting area to enjoy a beautiful sunset and gentle breeze. When it’s time to freshen up your wardrobe, conveniently make use of the coin operated laundry facilities inside the clubhouse. With so much to explore, St. Simons Island is the perfect choice for your dream vacation! Ocean Walk community rules should be followed by all guests. No bicycles can be stored in the breezeways. Pools close at 10 PM. No entry allowed after hours. No glass or pets in pool areas. Quiet time is 10 PM until sunrise. Please be considerate of all residents and guests. No loud music, voices, or other audio. No running and/or playing on stairs. Do not hang towels or clothing on balcony railings. Murphy's Tavern was our main dive bar location and it literally was the first one to come upon. Condo was nice, clean, might of had a slight musty smell according to my girlfriend.
