Trash cans must get taken to the curb on Monday and Thursday night and empty trash cans should be brought back to the side of the house.
PARKING: You are only allotted 3 parking spaces. 1xGarage and 2xDriveway. No parking along the curb or driveway edge in front of the house.
PARKING: If you need more parking, the community park is only a 4 minute walk away. It has plenty of parking spaces for use there.

I had a GREAT stay

I hosted a small get together for my birthday and the house was perfect. Check in was a breeze and the house was more spacious than i thought! and there was a pool in the back yard. there are 3 bed rooms and a pull out couch allowed everyone to sleep comfortably. thank you for a great stay!!

Big outdoor space

The house was clean and the check in/out process was extremely easy. The outdoor space was great and had a tv, ample seating, and a pool. Make sure to bring your own body wash / shampoo or be prepared to run to a local store which is very close by. There was no propane when we visited as you need to fill the tank yourself so keep this in mind if you want to grill, but the kitchen has plenty of pots and pans for cooking inside. Overall our family had a great experience!

Great vacation!

This was our first experience and booking with VRBO. We were pleasantly surprised with the house and experience! House was very nice, with amenities as described. The owner was easily reached and very helpful. The fire pit is awesome! We enjoyed being out on the porch very much! There wasn't anything we needed that wasn't there or provided. Looking forward to our next stay here! During warmer weather so we can use the pool more!
